2069 was a busy year in the Nepali movie industry. We are looking back to the year and writing reviews of the five most talked about actresses in the year. Top five actresses who stole the headlines are:

Nepali actress Rekha Thapa‘s unsuccessful attempt to head FDB, political lobbying, US tour and other controversies kept Rekha in the top of the list.
Actress Priyanka Karki has managed to be talked for her movies and the divorce that was unveiled after a year of it’s happening.
Actress Sumina Ghimire‘s talk reached to it’s peak when she responded by calling a journalist and threatening to kill him. That harsh response was the result of numerous affair rumors and speculations of her relationship with the producers of her movies.
Actress Nisha Adhikari surprised everybody by her announcement to reach the top of Mt. Everest at the end of the year. In movies, her role in ‘Soongava’ was appreciated.
The only topic related to actress Jiya KC was sex. But, still she could steal the headline by her affair with Bhuwan KC. Both of her most talked about moives ‘ATM’ and ‘Barbad’ haven’t passed the censor boards’ requirements.
Another actress Sushma Karki also was talked about for her breakup with director Sudarshan Thapa and the relationship with Naren Shrestha. Sushma was in news for taking boyfriend in sets misunderstandings with directors.
