October 31 (Kartik 14) is Surabhi Jain‘s 24th birthday. On the occasion of her birthday Surabhi went to Tilganga Eye Hospital to donate her eyes after death.

Apart from donating eyes, Surabhi doesn’t have any formal celebration for the birthday. She is planning a family get together and celebration in her home at Teku, Kathmandu.

About eye donation Surabhi told that she was inspired by the Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai who had donated her eyes. As a result of the inspiration, Surabhi decided to donate her eyes to somebody who have lost his/her sight. Eye donation is one of the noble ways to help others after death.

Surabhi debuted in Nepali movie industry in ‘Samaya’. Her second movie ‘Nagbeli’ is yet to release. She is currently busy in advertisement and music videos. She is planning to start movie shooting after the Tihar festival.
