Nepali actress Namrata Shrestha prefers casual wear in summer. Namrata prefers to wear colorful wears and she never forgets the eye wear, goggles. Sun protection glasses are one of the best thing she likes in summer. 

To beat the heat of summer she prefers drinking a lot of water. In summer time she drinks a lot of water and about 1 litre of juice everyday.
