Nepali actress who made big in Bollywood, Manisha Koirala appeared in public for the first time after she started cancer treatment. Although she had met people, it was the first formal event where she accepted an invitation to participate.

Nepali people living in New York organized a welcome and good wishes ceremony. In the ceremony Manisha went with her parents and she shared her experiences during the treatment and her future plans.

In the event, Manisha looked cheerful and happy. She also told that the cancer is totally cured and she is eager to go back to Mumbai to start working in movies. Another cancer survivor actress Gauri Malla was also there is the program. Gauri also sang some songs from Manisha’s films in her honor.
