Pappu to replace Chhabi in Rekha Thapa films ?

In a report, the chief of Film Development Board (FDB) Pappu (Dharmendra Kumar Marbetia) is going to be the Executive Producer of Rekha Thapa‘s upcoming movie ‘Himmatwali’. In her earlier movies including ‘Kali’, Chhabi Raj Ojha used be the executive producer. Estimated to cost 45 lakh, ‘Himmatwali’ will have equal investment of Rekha and Pappu….

Nepali actress Rekha Thapa was seen with the Film Development Board (FDB) head, Pappu (Dharmendra Kumar Marbetia) smoking marijuana on Shivaratri. Newspaper, Samacharpatra published some photo of the two smoking marijuana filled cigarette in public.
